Halter top has 3 rows of Neon Yellow/Green chainette fringe, Crystal rhinestone brooch and Crystal rhinestone buckles plus mock-neck choker with attached sheer mesh sleeve. Matching skirt has Green floral lace ruffle decorated with Swarvoski rhinestones and attached Orange lycra brief. Super fun and flirty!
