Refund policy

ALL costumes are final sale. 

We want you to love your CCI purchase. If you find that you need to return it, please email customerservice@crystalcoutureinc.com and follow the instructions below. 

Returns are accepted within 30 days of your date of purchase (excluding ALL costumes which are final sale).

These items must be enclosed with your return in order for it to be processed:

  • Your CCI invoice or packing slip.
  • Item or items to be returned in all in their original packaging.
  • Return Authorization number you received from Customer Service.

You will be notified via email when your return has been processed. Please allow up to 30 days for processing.

Crystal Couture offers a no-hassle return and exchange policy.  If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it and Crystal Couture will promptly refund or exchange your order as outlined below (excludes ALL costumes and shipping and handling charges, if any). Simply follow the instructions below:

  • Crystal Couture cannot accept returns after 30 days from shipping date.
  • Products eligible for return or exchange must be new, unused, unaltered, complete and contain all original product packaging and accessories (no returns or exchanges accepted on costumes). Products must be repackaged properly, in the original packaging. Products not in original condition will not be accepted for return or exchange.  
  • Any items that are returned for credit are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Items that returned for exchange are not subject to the re-stocking fee. Shipping charges for the exchange will be charged to the customer.
  • Contact Crystal Couture customerservice@crystalcoutureinc.com for a Return Authorization Number prior to returning the product. Products will not be accepted without an issued Return Authorization Number.
  • Indicate your Return Authorization Number on the packing slip and include the packing slip with your return.
  • Returns must be shipped prepaid and insured. If the return or exchange is due to a Crystal Couture error, Crystal Couture will pay for the cost of shipping and handling. Please contact Crystal Couture for return authorization and instructions.
