Multi colored fabric creates puffy sleeves and bottom ruffle of skirt with Blue shiny lycra ruffle accents on top as well as ruffle on the skirt. Pink glitter lace ruffle on the skirt as well as neckline and chest of crop top. Black shiny lycra pulls it all together with crystal 20ss rhinestones to trim top and belt of skirt.
