Fiesta! This adorable custom lycra costume has a halter style top with mock neck and strappy back and is covered in lycra "confetti" alternating different neon colors. Each confetti piece is accessorized with 3 matching rhinestones to that specific piece. Matching booty shorts bottoms. Entire costume has at least 4 gross in Fuchsia, Limesicle, Citrine, and Blue Zircon rhinestones.
