Double lined custom Dorothy inspired costume set! Top has keyhole back with clasp closure at neck and puff sleeves. Top is also cropped. Puffy, tutu inspired skirt with attached briefs and suspenders along with giant red bow in back. Entire costume is sprinkled with about 2 gross various sized matching stones (Sapphire AB and Light Siam).
*Hairpiece is a rhinestoned big red bow clip.
