Shimmer Blue lycra skirt is shortest on left side and gets longer toward right side with open right hip. Black and Blue fringe added into skirt. 11 Gross of Jet Hematite 12ss and 16ss, Light Silk 9ss and 12ss, Light Sapphire 12ss, 16ss, and 30ss, and Capri Blue 12ss, 16ss, 20ss, and 30ss Rhinestones!
