Black lycra dress with two mock-belts on front of waist with a rhinestoned buckle on each. Skirt is open at the right hip and has an spiral hemline being shortest at the front right hip and longest at the back of the right hip. Horizonal mesh cutouts in back. One shoulder has a spaghetti strap and the other has a wider strap that connects to a mock neck collar.
